We'll be covering two permit modification comment periods. The first is about inspections of the Waste Treatment Plant once it is up and running. 

The other comment period is about two lesser-known facilities. One is the Liquid Effluent Retention Facility (LERF), think four giant oblong bathtubs in the ground with floating covers that hold contaminated liquid. The other is the Effluent Treatment Facility (ETF), the place the LERF liquid is treated. Both will be bigger players once tank waste treatment starts.
